We are unable to accept returns on helmets; all helmet sales and discounted sales are final. We also cannot accept returns any custom or non-stock items. All sales are final on custom orders. For regular purchases and normal in stock items, items postmarked within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided they are in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Thereafter, returns are for store credit or exchange only. No credit card or PayPal refunds or cash back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for us and can be charged for the restocking fee for stock and non-stock items. Customer also is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the vendor (if required).
